Frequently asked questions

Questions we hear most.

How much does it cost to publish with Poppy Grace?

It depends on which services you need and where you are in the process. Author Clarity Sessions start at $150. Full publishing packages range from $3,000-$15,000 depending on scope. We discuss pricing after we understand your project.

How long does the publishing process take?

From finished manuscript to published book: 3-6 months. From idea to published book: 12-18 months, depending on how fast you write. We don't rush the process — quality takes time.

Do you publish all types of books?

We focus on non-fiction (memoir, self-help, business) and literary fiction. We don't publish poetry, children's books, or genre fiction. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and recommend someone who is.

What's the difference between your services and a traditional publisher?

Traditional publishers pay you an advance and take most of the profits. We charge a fee upfront and you keep all profits and rights. You get more control and higher margins, but you invest in the process.

Can you guarantee my book will be successful?

No. Anyone who promises bestseller status or guaranteed sales is lying. We can guarantee professional quality, proper distribution, and strategic launch support. The market decides the rest.

Do I need to have a finished manuscript to work with you?

No. We work with writers at every stage — from idea to finished book. Our Author Clarity Session and Book Planning services are designed for earlier-stage writers.
